Jason and his crew are some of the nicest people I have met, they went above and beyond on there service and were very welcoming to my dogs and children. Jason did an AMAZING job removing the pet stains on our carpet! I inquired about the company online in their website and a couple hours later Jason has already reached out to me with an exact quote plus 10% off discount for the services I wanted. Amazingly we had agreed to set up an appointment for the next day.The company also sends you reminder texts about your appointment and when the team is on their way to your house! How creative! Jason and Isaac was super friendly and professional, they both move really fast and got the job done in 1hr! Jason examined our carpet and stains so he knows exactly what products will need to be used. He also provided me with a lot of information and tips on how to make sure that the carpet lasts long. I googled carpet cleaning near me and this came up on google. I read a couple of reviews and tbh I thought they were too good to be real. Despite my first thought I called and booked it. He was out here the next day, which was absolutely great! Arrived and got to work. I loved how knowledgeable and thorough he was. He explained the treatment. I wanted the carpet to be as dry as possible, as it is in an area that is not well ventilated. I will definitely be calling him again in the future!!!

when I first called J & M Carpet, 1st I was pleased the phone was answered promptly, 2nd was over the top courteous, he promptly had me on the schedule, let me know when he was on his way and he did an amazing job. I cannot say enough good things about J&M!! While searching for a local cleaner, they were the first ones I found and they already had amazing reviews, then when comparing them to other companies it was an easy decision. I had Jason come out this morning to clean the carpet of the rental I am moving out of and, hands down, this was the best experience I have ever had with any type of home maintenance! I recieved a notification when they were headed my way, they showed up exactly when I was scheduled and the whole house only took about an hour! Both specialists were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jason even jumped in to help me move a TV I was struggling with while packing it in the car! Very thoughtfull and honest business that doesn't leave you feeling like you were gouged, and leaves your house looking great! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family! I'm extremely impressed with Jason from J&M Carpet Renewal! I have two teens who trashed their carpet with slime, nail polish, etc. Jason got it all out of the carpets! Plus, my puppy chewed a hole in the middle of my carpet, but Jason patched it and it's perfect again! He used black lights to find where my dog went potty too. Yuck. But he treated and cleaned that too. Their prices are very affordable too.

Absolutely stunning, we have an English bulldog that had never experienced carpet before and there were stains I didn't think he could even get out but he did!!!!
